Rates and Conditions

So that we can assist you with your booking of venues our rates are provided below.

Community based, not-for-profit &/or fundraising hirers will be given a 20% discount at the discretion of the Maleny Community Centre Committee. 

NOTES: 
1. All electrical equipment brought in to MCC facilities for public and display use MUST be tagged by law.

2. All hirers will be provided with a copy of the Maleny Community Centre Guidelines and terms and conditions of hire for facilities when they book. They will be asked to sign one copy and retain a second one for their files. A copy of the latest guidelines can be obtained by email from the office if required but is not held on this website.

3. All functions are required to finish by midnight.

  • AFTER 5PM WEEKDAYS       $ 30.00 PER HOUR

HOURLY RATE WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

  •  HOURLY RATE                  $ 35.00 PER HOUR

FULL DAY HIRE

  • FULL DAY HIRE WEEKDAYS  $  150.00 PER DAY
  • FULL DAY HIRE WEEKENDS  $  200.00 PER DAY

EVENING HIRE 

  • WEEKDAYS AFTER 3PM        $ 150 PER DAY
  • WEEKENDS AFTER 4PM        $ 175 PER DAY

DAY & NIGHT HIRE

  • DAY & NIGHT HIRE             $  250.00 PER DAY

Please ensure that the floor is swept and washed if needed and the Main Hall is left clean and tidy as you found it.

Minimum 3 hour Charge   $20.00 per hour

It is a Sunshine Coast Regional Council Food Services Requirement that all Users of the Kitchen provide a Food Supervisor Certificate.  Information regarding this can be found through Sunshine Coast Regional Council.

Please ensure all rubbish is removed, all cups/saucers are cleaned and put away and kitchen is left as you found it.

Kiosk

Please leave Kiosk clean and tidy.

Meeting Room - 1 Bicentenary Lane

Minimum 2 hours    $16.00 per hour
Daily Rate $90.00 
Coffee/tea making facilities available

The Verandah Room

Meeting and Function Room.

Minimum 2 hours $25.00 per hour

Weekend day rate  $175.00

Week day rate      $140.00

All rates are gst inclusive.

 

All hirers are encouraged to be members of the  Maleny Community Centre.
