Free Program of Music and Meditation
Sahaja Yoga are excited to invite you to attend a special FREE evening of music and meditation presented by Sahaja Yoga.
The program will commence with some lively “bhajan” style music performed by the group “Sahaj Sangeet”.
This will be followed by a meditation technique called “Self Realisation” which brings one to a state of peace and silence within themselves so that you are no longer bombarded by your thoughts.
Negative thinking has been identified as the common thread which many people who suffer depression and anxiety are afflicted with and can be the most difficult to get rid of.
With Sahaja Yoga meditation, a state of calm and peacefulness is easily achieved and our expert facilitators will be on hand to help you every step of the way.
