HIRE RATES 2009

So that we can assist you with your booking of venues, we are providing details of our facilities, rates, general terms and conditions as below. A more detailed spread sheet is available through downloading the attached spread sheet. Please use the Contact Us button to reserve your space. We greatly value you and your organisation for it is the great Maleny Community who own these facilities.

NOTES:
1. All electrical equipment brought in to MCC facilities for public and display use MUST be tagged by law.
2. All hirers will be provided with a copy of the Maleny Community Centre Guidelines for facilities when they book. They will be asked to sign one copy and retain a second one for their files. A copy of the latest guidelines can be obtained by email from the office if required but is not held on this website.
3. A PDF with comprehensive details of each venue can be downloaded by clicking on the PDF in this section.

MAIN HALL

MONDAY - FRIDAY

BEFORE 5PM WEEKDAYS $14.30 PER HOUR

AFTER 5PM WEEKDAYS $18.70 PER HOUR

WEEKENDS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS,

HOURLY RATE $18.70 PER HOUR

FULL DAY HIRE UP TO 5PM

FULL DAY HIRE WEEKDAYS $ 93.50 PER DAY

FULL DAY HIRE WEEKENDS $165.00 PER DAY

AFTER 3PM HIRE $121.00 PER DAY

DAY & NIGHT HIRE $200.00 PER DAY

Please ensure that the floor is swept and washed if needed and the Main Hall is left clean and tidy as you found it.

MAIN HALL EXTRAS

Tea & Coffee Making Facilities $11.00
(Bring your own coffee, tea, milk etc)

Commercial Kitchen $55.00

Please provide a copy of your Food Supervisor Certificate to the Office

Microphones   $16.50

Heaters provided in Winter free of charge.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

Minimum 3 hour Charge $11.00 per hour
Please ensure all rubbish is removed, all cups/saucers are cleaned and put away and kitchen is left as you found it.

KIOSK

Not for Profit Organisations $11.00 per day
Commercial Organisations $38.50 per day

Please leave Kiosk clean and tidy.

Minimum 2 hours $11.00 per hour
Coffee/tea making facilities available

WAIT A WHILE ROOM (Seniors Room)

Minimum 2 hours $13.20 per hour
All rates are gst inclusive. It is a requirement of all Hirers that they are a Member of the Maleny Community Centre. Membership is $12.00
